Construction Management

The Albright-Knox Art Gallery contracted Gilbane Building Company for construction management services for a new 30,000 square-foot building addition for displaying special exhibitions and the museum’s world-renowned art collection.

Gilbane subcontracted with 34 Group for superintendent services for the new building and renovation of an existing historic building on site.  34 Group’s services include meeting coordination, QA/QC support, daily oversight, requests for information, submittals, and safety.  The renovation of the existing building involves significant historical considerations.
