34 Group, as a subcontractor to Gilbane Building Company, is providing carpentry, drywall, finishing, painting, and labor services associated with the renovation of the main lobby and exterior envelope improvements underway at the Erie County Medical Center.  The $43 million exterior improvements, over a three year period, includes replacing approximately 4,100 windows and repainting the exterior of the hospital's main building, the largest on campus.  The $8 million main lobby expansion and renovation project added new escalators and elevators, main entrance finishes, a new main construction area, and new mechanical systems to support the 4,200 square-foot lobby expansion project.
