34 Group was recently selected by Evergreen Health Services to act as construction manager and to provide construction services for renovations at their facilities across Western New York. The first two projects are interior renovations of the third and fourth floors of their offices in Buffalo, New York. A third project is set to begin shortly to provide accessibility upgrades at their facilities in Buffalo and Jamestown, NY.

Evergreen has a primary and specialty care practice, as well as a full-service pharmacy. Their targeted programs and services are available by walk-in or appointment in Buffalo, Jamestown, and satellite locations across WNY.
