The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is taking the steps to improve the healthcare of Utica, NY, and its surrounding areas through the construction of a new regional medical center in a downtown location in need of a change. The new medical center is expected to be 702,000 square feet including a new ten-story facility as well as a three-story energy plant within a neighboring structure.  Gilbane Building Company was selected as the construction manager for the project.   34 Group will be providing general conditions work along with other carpentry, drywall, finishing, painting, and labor services to Gilbane.
